Review: Really like a good potato or beans side dish at a meal. I would say that Bacon Scallion Mashed Potatoes at Applebee's is pretty excellent. Portions are just right, and flavors are just wonderful. I've been trying to make Bacon Scallion Mashed Potatoes for the household, but it just didn't come out right, until I found this site.
