Review: I just love all fish dishes, salmon, seabass, anythings. Blackened Whitefish Sandwich with Kookaburra Sauce was a great one, the fish was very fresh, and it was cooked just right at [Restaurant]. I've been searching for this recipe forever, and finally found one here, and this recipe book was awesome, i've just started to cook, this recipe book helped me whip out dish after dish that everyone enjoys.
