Review: This dish was really yummy! I loved it the first time I had. I always wanted to make something similar to Eggplant Parmigiana at home, and many hours of research, I finally found this book, and boy, did my cooking improve. For those of you that enjoys Eggplant Parmigiana or many other dishes from Olive Garden, I'd recommend this book highly!
