Review: Instant family favorite, great dish for everyone. We really liked the way Coconut Shrimp was cooked at Outback Steakhouse. Wanted to make this at home, and been searching for a good recipe, finally found this cook book here. In-Laws came over for a family gathering, and I made Coconut Shrimp pretty much according to the recipe, and it was a hit, no doubt!
