Review: This dish is excellent, loves seafood. First tried Fried Catfish & Hushpuppies first at Red Lobster, absolutely delicoius. Wanted to make it for my family afterwards. Not much of a chef by any meanings, but this recipe is excellent, really easy to follow. Even with my first attempt, my family ate it up. Just delicious. I've been trying a few variant of this dish, add new flavors, or trying different seafood, the base recipe for Fried Catfish & Hushpuppies is just awesome.
