Review: Instant family favorite, great dish for everyone. We really liked the way Fried Soft Shell Crab was cooked at Red Lobster. Wanted to make this at home, and been searching for a good recipe, finally found this cook book here. In-Laws came over for a family gathering, and I made Fried Soft Shell Crab pretty much according to the recipe, and it was a hit, no doubt!
