Review: Made this soup from a recipe cookbook before I had it at Red Lobster, and quite honestly, I thought it was just okay. For whatever reason, i feel that what i made from my recipe book is at least as good as Shrimp Quiche served at Red Lobster. I'd recommend this recipe book however, many many great recipes.
