Review: I remember having this once at Ritz Carlton, what a delicious dessert. Great textures, just right amount of moist. Been trying to copy Baked Chocolate Mousse at home, haven't had much luck, until I found this recipe, thank god for that. Now I can have Baked Chocolate Mousse at anytime, at the convenience of my apartment.
